KIDS AT REZ
All kids, regardless of age and volume level, are welcome to participate in the full duration of each Sunday service! The Toddler/PreK Room and Children’s Chapel are available to your family, but you are always welcome to keep your little one(s) in the service.
CHILDREN’S CHAPEL
From September to April, Children’s Chapel program serves children between the ages of 5 and 8. Children’s Chapel runs for the first three Sundays of the month. We focus on learning liturgy, Scripture memorization, singing, and free play!
From May-August, we offer a combined classroom for ages 2-8 on the first three Sundays of the month.
TODDLER & PRE-K ROOM
Children ages 1-4 are welcome in our Toddler / Pre-K Room! This classroom also runs the first three Sundays of every month from September-May. Little ones sing a song, eat a snack, and play with volunteers during the sermon until the passing of the peace.
SERVICE FLOW
WORSHIP: During the start of each church service, our older kids stay with us to sing and pray.
CLASSROOM TIME: Before the sermon begins, we send the kids out with a blessing from the congregation to their classrooms. Our volunteers lead the kids in age-appropriate activities.
THE TABLE: Our kids rejoin the service after the sermon to receive communion and to worship as the service concludes.
